  • brush the corn ears with vegetable oil
  • roast them at 400° for 10 minutes, turned halfway, using an air fryer.

Dipping sauce

  • mix 3 chopped stalks of onion with one tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon of sugar and microwaved for 30 seconds.
  • brush on roasted corn ears
